2 Bedrooms, 1 Reception, 1 Bathroom, Flat, Furnished or Unfurnished

Just 0.4 miles from the Zone 2 Jubilee line station at Willesden Green, we present a two double bedroom flat that sits proudly on the second floor of an impressive and meticulously maintained mansion block.

The property can be accessed by communal stairs or a small lift and offers fantastic living space in the residential heart of willesden Green.

Internally we are greeted with a wooden floored hallway, whilst to our immediate left we have a large double bedroom that offers large fitted wardrobes that can be opened to reveal a quiet and private workspace within a small study room, hidden from view. The study also gives access to a small private balcony.

Next we find a large reception room with ample space for both lounge and dining areas, with the dining table in pride-of-place within a feature turret bay.

The second bedroom is again a very generous double and has fitted wardrobe space and large window for pllenty of light.

A small but perfectly functional and modern bathroom lies between the second bedroom and kitchen, which has been fully fitted with integral appliances to include the dishwasher.

Overall the property is stunning and has many features that add a sense of grandeur.

This apartment can be provided furnished or not, and will become available mid December 2015.

Willesden is an area in North West London which forms part of the London Borough of Brent. It is situated 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Charing Cross. It was historically a parish in the county of Middlesex that was incorporated as the Municipal Borough of Willesden in 1933 and has formed part of Greater London since 1965.

The area is mostly in the NW10 postcode district, but partly also falls on the NW2 postcode district. Dollis Hill is also sometimes referred as being part of Willesden.

In 1965 the Municipal Borough of Willesden was abolished and it became part of the London Borough of Brent in Greater London.

Willesden Green Station (Jubilee line) The railways were instrumental in developing Willesden from a quiet village to a vibrant part of London. Willesden Green Station was opened in 1879 by the Metropolitan Railway and has a grand 1920s facade. The Metropolitan connected Willesden to Central London, Harrow, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth and Aylesbury. The Metropolitan no longer stops regularly at the station.

By road, Willesden is connected to many places as the A41 road/A5 road runs close by in nearby Kilburn/Cricklewood. The North Circular Road, the inner orbital road of London, is nearby running through Neasden.

A large bus garage was built in 1902 and thus many bus routes start or run through the town.
