3 Bedrooms, 1 Reception, 1 Bathroom, Flat, Furnished

Located in the residential heart of Willesden Green, and just a half mile from the zone 2 Jubilee Line underground station at Willesden Green we have for rent a wonderful three bedroom apartment.

As we enter the property from a very well maintained communal hallway we are greeted with clean and bright internal hall.

To our right we have a utility room, large and modern kitchen with ample room for dining and a superb modern bathroom.

The left half of the property houses two large double bedrooms, a further single room and large reception.

From the kitchen we find an external door that leads out to a rear courtyard garden that is shared with four other flats.

The entire property has been very well maintained and is just a short walk from the diverse selection of shops and cafes on Willesden High Rd and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and bars that surround Willesden Green Tube station.

Willesden is an area in north west London which forms part of the London Borough of Brent. It is situated 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Charing Cross. It was historically a parish in the county of Middlesex, that was incorporated as the Municipal Borough of Willesden in 1933 and has formed part of Greater London since 1965.

The area is mostly in the NW10 postcode district, but partly also falls on the NW2 postcode district. Dollis Hill is also sometimes referred as being part of Willesden.

In 1965 the Municipal Borough of Willesden was abolished and it became part of the London Borough of Brent in Greater London.

A large bus garage was built in 1902 and thus many bus routes start or run through the town. These routes are shown in the table below. The Queen visited it during her Golden Jubilee celebrations (2002).

London Buses serving Willesden are:

Dollis Hill is an area in northwest London, which consists of the streets surrounding the 35 hectares Gladstone Park. It is served by a London Underground station, Dollis Hill, on the Jubilee line, providing good links to central London. It is in the London Borough of Brent, close to Willesden Green.

The area is mainly residential (Edwardian terraced and 1920s/30s semi-detached houses) with a restaurant, greengrocer and convenience stores near the underground station.

Dollis Hill played a part in the Second World War as the code-breaking computer used at Bletchley Park was built at the Post Office Research Station in Dollis Hill and the rarely used alternative Cabinet War Room bunker for Winston Churchill's government was dug underground here.
