2 Bedrooms, 1 Reception, 1 Bathroom, Flat, Furnished or Unfurnished

Situated behind the shops that front onto Willesden High Rd, we present a superbly appointed and truly stunning two double bedroom flat to rent.

The property is accessed from behind a secure gated entry that sits between shop fronts on Willesden High Rd. This access leads to a raised ground floor that houses a modern bathroom with overhead shower, a fully fitted kitchen and wonderful reception that benefits from huge bay windows with leafy views over the adjacent Park Road.

A feature staircase leads to a lower ground floor containing two double bedrooms, a guest cloakroom and ample storage in several cupboards.

The entire property has been kept to the very highest standard, and as such is presented in wonderful condition.

Benefits include modern, yet neutral decor throughout, a modern shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.

This superb flat is a delight from top to bottom, with surprise features at every turn so we would recommend viewing this flat to appreciate the clever use of space that has been achieved by the owners.

The flat is just 0.2 miles to the Zone 2, Jubilee Line Station at Willesden Green, a matter of yards to the wide variety of shops on the High Rd, and equally close to a large Sainsburys supermarket.

Willesden is an area in North West London which forms part of the London Borough of Brent. It is situated 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Charing Cross. It was historically a parish in the county of Middlesex that was incorporated as the Municipal Borough of Willesden in 1933 and has formed part of Greater London since 1965.

The area is mostly in the NW10 postcode district, but partly also falls on the NW2 postcode district. Dollis Hill is also sometimes referred as being part of Willesden.

In 1965 the Municipal Borough of Willesden was abolished and it became part of the London Borough of Brent in Greater London.

Willesden Green Station (Jubilee line Zone 2)
The railways were instrumental in developing Willesden from a quiet village to a vibrant part of London. Willesden Green Station was opened in 1879 by the Metropolitan Railway and has a grand 1920s facade. The Metropolitan connected Willesden to Central London, Harrow, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth and Aylesbury. The Metropolitan no longer stops regularly at the station.

By road, Willesden is connected to many places as the A41 road/A5 road runs close by in nearby Kilburn/Cricklewood. The North Circular Road, the inner orbital road of London, is nearby running through Neasden.

A large bus garage was built in 1902 and thus many bus routes start or run through the town.
