En Suite to Master

Situated on the ground floor of a converted mid terrace house, just a short walk (0.3 miles) from Willesden Green underground Station (Zone 2 Jubilee Line).

The property comprises two double bedrooms (one with superb en-suite bathroom, the other with en-suite shower room), a generous reception, large kitchen and sole use of a large rear garden.

The entire property has been refurbished to a very high standard, and as such is presented in wonderful condition.

The flat lies on a quiet residential road and is located very close to Willesden Green Underground Station giving easy access to the Jubilee Line in Zone 2.

The additional benefit of a private rear garden provides ample space for summer dining or for a young child to explore, and the patio area would host a great Bar-B-Q over the summer months.

Willesden is an area in North West London which forms part of the London Borough of Brent. It is situated 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Charing Cross. It was historically a parish in the county of Middlesex that was incorporated as the Municipal Borough of Willesden in 1933 and has formed part of Greater London since 1965.

The area is mostly in the NW10 postcode district, but partly also falls on the NW2 postcode district. Dollis Hill is also sometimes referred as being part of Willesden.

In 1965 the Municipal Borough of Willesden was abolished and it became part of the London Borough of Brent in Greater London.

Willesden Green Station (Jubilee line Zone 2)
The railways were instrumental in developing Willesden from a quiet village to a vibrant part of London. Willesden Green Station was opened in 1879 by the Metropolitan Railway and has a grand 1920s facade. The Metropolitan connected Willesden to Central London, Harrow, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth and Aylesbury. The Metropolitan no longer stops regularly at the station.

By road, Willesden is connected to many places as the A41 road/A5 road runs close by in nearby Kilburn/Cricklewood. The North Circular Road, the inner orbital road of London, is nearby running through Neasden.

A large bus garage was built in 1902 and thus many bus routes start or run through the town.

London Buses serving Willesden are:

6 Willesden Aldwych
52 Willesden Victoria Station
98 Willesden Russell Square
N98 Stanmore Russell Square
206 Kilburn Park Wembley Park
226 Golders Green Ealing Broadway
260 White City Golders Green
266 Hammersmith Brent Cross
297 Willesden Ealing Broadway
302 Mill Hill Broadway Kensal Rise
460 Willesden North Finchley

This superb flat is available immediately and is offered to the market either furnished or unfurnished.
