Generous Room Sizes

Selbie Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac set behind The College of North West London and as such provides a lovely setting for this first floor apartment.

The entire property has been sensitively refurbished to a very high standard and has been lovingly restored to provide comfortable accommodation at a sensible price for the area.

As we arrive at the first floor landing we find a large reception to our right (front facing), whist ahead of us we have two large double bedrooms fitted with double beds, plenty of wardrobe space and brand new mattresses.

To our left we have a new bathroom and lastly a generous kitchen that easily accommodates a four seat dining table and chairs.

This wonderful flat has also benefitted from all new fixtures and fittings, and has been upgraded to save on energy bills with new insulation and fire egress doors and windows.

The property is within a third of a mile from Neasden station, and under a half mile to Dollis Hill - both stations giving access to the Jubilee Line from Zone 3. Willesden High Road is a very short walk and allows for easy connections via both bus and road links to Greater London as a whole. Night buses are available close by as is the Willesden Bus Garage.

Dollis Hill is an area in north-west London, which consists of the streets surrounding the 35 hectares (86 acres) Gladstone Park. It is in the London Borough of Brent, close to Willesden Green.

The area is mainly residential (Edwardian terraced and 1920s/30s semi-detached houses) with a varied diversity of restaurants, greengrocers and convenience stores along the entire length of the High Road.

Dollis Hill played a part in the Second World War as the code-breaking computer used at Bletchley Park was built at the Post Office Research Station in Dollis Hill and the rarely used alternative Cabinet War Room bunker for Winston Churchill's government was dug underground nearby.
