Very good service. We previously had our flat on the market for three weeks with another estate agent, and while people came to view it, no-one rented. Probably the most proactive estate agents in the Willesden Green Area. We recently sold our flat with Portland Estate Agents on a multi-agency agreement. They were able to bring in lots of potential buyers almost straightaway, whereas the other agent only managed to book a couple of viewings. They were able to negotiate the best price, and they liaised with our solicitor directly throughout the process to help push the sale along faster, and kept us updated at every stage. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Andy and the team have redefined the concept of estate agents altogether. The service the team provide is absolutely excellent. In my dealings with them, I have been more than impressed. They were absolutely professional, proactive, and truthful in all their dealings, and actually worked for me to ensure I experienced as little disruption as possible in the quite stressful process of buying a home. They are excellent, and I can't recommend them enough for what they do.

Great service from the team. Was after a small investment for a long-term buy-to-let, they called up with a possible flat, and 5 weeks later I had the keys! WOW!! What really impressed me was the level of communication, and the time they took to make you feel like they actually cared about your purchase. Milo was very helpful, working with the vendors and their solicitors helping me to finalise a quick sale.
